The Pinot Gris or Pinot Gris from the Fundament series is new to the range from Weingut Wageck. It represents the fruity-dry type without contact with wood, a creamy and round white wine that many people like. Its aroma is slightly influenced by the yeast storage time and also has fruity notes such as pineapple and ripe pears. The creamy fullness of this wine is evident on the palate, but it remains lively until the long finale, despite its rather low acidity. A very nice everyday white wine.
