The Gavi Virgilio consists of the Cortese grape variety, grown in a small vineyard of only about two hectares. It has slightly floral notes with apricots, pineapples and peaches, has a fresh fragrance and on the palate, medium weight, a wine that adapts perfectly to many dishes, especially fish and seafood, but also white meat with cream sauce or vegetable dishes are perfect.
