This no. 20 is a special edition of the Fantini cinque autoctoni, in which the five grape varieties used from four growing areas are dried on the vine in order to obtain an even fuller, more concentrated red wine. Due to the peculiarity of this wine, coming from different growing areas in southern Italy, it can be labeled "only" as a Vino da Tavola.
It consists of the grape varieties Montepulciano 33%, Primitivo 30%, Sangiovese 25%, Negroamaro 7% and Malvasia Nera 5%, which are harvested one month after the usual harvest time, whereby a natural drying process has taken place, which concentrates the must additionally. The aging takes place in barriques for 18 months. A great wine for fans of powerful and fruity red wines, which is bursting with warming abundance and concentration. It is essential to serve at 16/17 ° C, not warmer.
