The Werther Windisch Cuvée white is a perfect example of the type of happy, dry feel-good drinking wine, a delight when chilled. He doesn't play a leading role, but adapts to the event with his uncomplicated manner. Everybody's darling.
This delicious Rheinhesse consists of 60% Bacchus, 20% Silvaner and just as much Müller-Thurgau. The present aromas are reminiscent of passion fruit and lychee, freshly mown grass, even a little nettle? It has a lot of charm on the palate, the fine acidity gives the wine an invigorating freshness, it is as clear as a cool mountain stream, elegant, fruity and simply delicious. A wine for the stomach, not for the head.
