The story of Blanc de Pinot Noir begins in Mailly, an important village in Champagne. It is one of the 17 selected villages in the production area that can enjoy the current Grand Cru status. Even for the classification of the red grapes as "first class", Mailly was selected as one of six Marne villages. The Blanc de Pinot Noir is a combination of lovingly cared for and hand-picked grapes from several parcels in Mailly. The selected grapes are pressed and vinified separately in small tanks or barrels.
