Baron-Fuenté's Esprit Grand Cru grows exclusively in particularly privileged vineyards in Champagne. The Chardonnay is from the Côte des Blancs, the Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims. Between 10 and 20% of the basic wines are aged in oak barrels. This noble champagne is only released for sale after approx. 7 years of aging.
