Doyard-Mahé Champagne Brut Empreinte is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, grown in the village of Vertus, on the Côte de Blancs, on the typical chalky chalky soils that are essential for the excellent finesse of this champagne.
Pear, citrus notes, almonds and slightly nutty notes characterize its bouquet, it is fresh on the palate, but always in the best balance until the long finale, where the fine perlage rounds it all off. Ideal as an aperitif and with fish dishes - or just like that.
