The Caliterra Sauvignon Blanc Tributo grows on granite soils with clay and quartz in the Leyda Valley, which is known for the freshness of its wines and is thus ideally suited for the cultivation of this grape. No oak barrels are used, in order to preserve the intensity and exotic fruit of the Sauvignon Blanc vines. The very good vintage of 2015 resulted in an elegant and lively wine, clearly scented by Sauvignon, intense, but not obtrusive. On the palate it is of medium weight, well balanced, even mineral and with a refreshing acid, the desire for the next sip.
