The Fantini Calalenta Rosato is again a gem from the cellars of the Farnese Group, which with its excellent team of winemakers has already been awarded "Winery of the Year" by Luca Maroni several times. The Calalenta is a great rosato (rosé) made from Merlot grapes grown in Abruzzo. The wine has an intense but never intrusive taste, is extremely smooth but always fresh and has a long-lasting and perfectly balanced aftertaste. The style of this excellent rosé wine is well received by many people. Luca Maroni recognized the 2021 and 2022 vintages as the best Rosato in Italy. Let's see if he can defend this title in 2023, we see no reason why not.
