For six generations, the Delagrange family has been growing wine in the Côtes de Beaune, Burgundy. Didier Delagrange today cultivates 14.5 hectares of vines in the AOCs Bourgogne, Meursault, Aloxe-Corton, Volnay and Pommard. The quality philosophy begins with the careful handling of the grapes, with the aim of harvesting healthy grapes at the right time. The berries are sorted several times to process only the best material. It is important to understand the character of each vintage to find the natural balance of the wine in the expansion. Didier describes his wines as fleshy, round, rich in fruit and full of finesse and elegance.
