The vineyards for the Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits by Dominique Guyon are located in the village of Meuilley, not far from the famous Burgundian community of Nuits-Saint-Georges. On a south-facing slope, the Pinot Noir finds good ripening conditions here, which is reflected in this very good Burgundy. The soft tannins indicate very good grape ripeness, the wood is in the background in this extract-rich wine, although it spent 12 months aging in wooden barrels. A charming Bourgogne with class.
