Didier Delagrange bottled a classic styled and elegant Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune in 2021, which is on the one hand juicy in the fruit, on the other hand conveys the typical Burgundy finesse.
The wine has a medium pinot color with a purple rim. Subtle woody notes, dominated by clear fruit, aromas such as blueberries and cherries, supported by a fine spice. On the palate with a lot of pressure for this origin, has a lot of extract that covers the tannins. Long and juicy in the finale, also with good structure at the back, ripe acidity. Despite his youth, he is already in the best balance.
