In the Barolo 2010 is an exeptional vintage, were a loevly Barolo Liste was produced by Borgogno, which has a density and complexity rarely seen in vintages before. The typical orange Nebbiolo color testifies to the traditional ageing in large barrels. In the bouquet, it is still quite reserved, a little cherry and a flavor of the traditional wooden barrels. On the palate, it shows its almost brachial tannins, but this wine is also rich in extract, it is extremely robust and powerful, with great aromatic depth and an insane length. A very big Barolo, but it takes a lot of bottleage to soften it. Meanwhile you should drink the Fossati from Borgogno.
