The cuvée Albinum by Adrien Berlioz grows in a vinyard with up to 70% gradient. It is the top white wine among the various cuvées by Cellier des Cray, with the most power and depth of all the wines here. Like all the wines of the estate, it is only minimally sulphurised and able to age in the bottle very well.
The exceptionally good vintage 2015 shines with aromas such as almond, turmeric, fennel seeds, apricot and bee wax, the influence of wood is present, but very well integrated. It has an immense power and tension on the palate, its fine salty minerality makes a lot of desire for another sip, although the wine is very concentrated, it shows no heaviness. A wonderful wine that can be stored a long time.
