White Appassimento wines are still relatively rare. For this Bianco Puglia from Cielo 1908, Chardonnay and Fiano grapes are dried after harvest before being macerated and fermented. The result is an exceptionally intense and concentrated wine.
The Appassimento Bianco Gran Maestro has a golden yellow color. Already in the bouquet it is very full, the aromas are reminiscent of exotic fruits. On the palate it is very soft and round, with a semi-dry taste and a long-lasting aftertaste.
