The wines of the Vignobles Paul Mas range are produced from vineyards of the Nicole estate near Pézenas and the Château Paul Mas in the village Conas. Michel Mas is responsible for the vinification and is supported by the Australian oenologist Richard Osborne, who mainly cares about the white wines.
Vermentino is generally found in Italy, although in Languedoc a similar large vineyard is planted with it, as in the whole of Italy. The Vermentino Pays d'Oc Vignobles Paul Mas is a light to medium-weight white wine, perfectly balanced and suitable for many occasions and meals. It has a fresh and round character. We recommend to drink it in the first or second year after the harvest.
