2020 is only the seventh bottled vintage of the young Domaine Jolivet. With the Saint-Joseph "1907", Bastien Jolivet fills an icon of natural viticulture, which is unfortunately extremely rare. The name comes from a stone hut in the vineyard that was built in 1907. In this wine, Bastien uses the oldest vines of the winery, these old boys only bring a small yield, but this leads to an unusually dense and complex wine that is one of the very best of its origin. The wine is not filtered and only minimally sulphurised.
