The rosé is a hit at the Thörle winery. It is usually sold out as one of the first wines of the year. The red grape varieties for this wine grow around Saulheim. The main part is Pinot Noir, with smaller parts Cabernet, Merlot, Frühburgunder and Portuguese, depending on the vintage. It has a magical bouquet of strawberries, cherries and black currants. On the palate it is juicy without being heavy, the balance between body and freshness is perfect. Don't miss it.
