The MAVUM Bianco from Biscardo is an interesting cuvée from Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, the latter a red wine variety, that is gently pressed and fermented without mashing, resulting in a pure white wine. It has a pleasant round juiciness, combined with lively freshness and medium weight. An ideal food pairing with fish dishes, pasta, light meat and mild cheese varieties.
