Next to Riesling, this is the best-selling wine at Thörle. The Grauburgunder (=Pinot Grigio) is simply well received with its round nature and relative lightness with a creamy mouthfeel. 35% of the harvest growing around Saulheim matures in large wooden barrels, the rest in steel tanks. Yellow and exotic fruits characterize its bouquet, on the palate it shows a wonderful balance, the freshness that is present with all its creaminess makes you want the next sip.
