The Live Wire Riesling by Langmeil is known as "medium sweet", which corresponds approximately to a German sweet Kabinett. It is a further development of the traditional wine style of founder Christian Auricht from the 1840s. It grows in the cooler Eden Valley, the full ripend yellow Riesling berries are selected from a single vineyard. The remaining residual sugar balances the fresh acidity of the wine perfectly. It has a fine apple aroma and, with its full aroma, is characterized by its relatively low alcohol content of only 9.0% vol.
An exotic with class , which goes well with Asian-inspired dishes.
