The Hebo of Petra, named after an Etruscan settlement, is a typical grape variety blend of the Maremma. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese are aged in barriques for 12 months. This results in a wine with a bright ruby red color and an intense scent reminiscent of cherries, blueberries and a hint of violets. On the palate it is structured, powerful and fresh, the tannins are soft and give the fruit the necessary support. A very nice modern Tuscan wine with the typical character of the Maremma.
