The Grüner Veltliner Axpoint grows at the foot of the famous Singerriedel vineyard on a gently rising slope with loam and soil rocks with a loess layer, an ideal terroir for this grape variety.
The 2019 Axpoint by FJ Gritsch is classically structured, with fine acidity and medium body, as well as with fine mineral components, which concentrates the wine without loosing its freshness. Meadow herbs and some grapefruit show up in the flavors. A great food pairing to the Wiener Schnitzel!u
