This cuvee with the consecutive number (currently 171) was the first wine at Les Clos Perdus. The cuvée today usually consists of 50% Carignan, which ensures freshness, 35% Grenache 35% for the soft fullness on the palate and 15% Mourvèdre for intensity and complexity. The grapes come mainly from locations in the Corbières Maritimes, combined with higher plantations in the Hautes Corbières to give the cuvée a greater tension. The fermentation takes place with natural yeasts, expansion in steel tanks, is bottled without fining or filtration. The flagship of the winery. Organic wine FR-BIO-01
