The best Chardonnay grapes from the Römerstein vineyard by SeewinkelhofSalzl are used for the Premium (white label). It is fermented and aged in 100% new barriques. Its stylistic example is white burgundy. To the roasted aromas of the oak barrels there are fruit notes like peach and banana, as well as slightly nutty aromas and a touch of chamomile. On the palate it is voluptuous, intense and with a very long lasting final. It shows a lot of grip and a beautiful aromatic complexity. You can enjoy it young or wait a few more years for more ripening aromas, it tastes great in any case.
