Enate is one of the big names in viticulture in Spain. The winery in Somontano, in the province of Aragon, produces a wide range of high quality white, rosé and red wines up to the ultra-premium level. Enate cultivates only their own organic vineyards, the talented winemaker Jesus Artajona has learned his business at Chateau Margaux, there is hardly a better courtesy. Incidentally, each Enate label carries a picture of a contemporary Spanish artist. Art in and on the bottle! The Enate Chardonnay Fermentado en Barrica is a white wine with complex aromas such as pineapple, papaya, grapefruit, vanilla and hazelnut, on the palate full of enamel and body, beautiful wood, lots of power and an impressive length in the finale. Intense, but not clumsy. Very good!
