After no 0.375L bottles of Chablis Genèves were bottled in 2021 due to the low harvest, it is now finally available again.
Already with the Chablis AOP, Stéphane Aufrere, owner of the Domaine des Genèves, shows all his craftsmanship. Despite the warm year, this Chablis shows the mineral finesse and cool clarity for which this growing region in the north of Burgundy is famous. The aromas of the 2022 Chablis are reminiscent of stone fruit and citrus fruits. On the palate, it pleases with its freshness and good extract, and it also has the fullness of the warm 2022 vintage without the wine losing its precision. A beautiful Chablis at a very fair price.
