Already with the Chablis AC, Stéphane Aufrere owner of Domaine des Genèves shows all his skills. The wine has the minerality and freshness so typical of Chablis, is harmonious in itself and very precise in its aromas and structure. Aromas of stone fruit and citrus fruits can be found, plus a very elegant note reminiscent of wet warm stones with a hint of honey. On the palate, in addition to its aromatic playfulness, it shows the typical fullness of the 2020 vintage, which scores with perfectly matured grapes.
