Even the Pinot Noir / Spätburgunder estate wine puts you in a really good mood at Thörle. Enchanting aromas of cherries and raspberries characterize the fragrance. Nothing here is overripe or otherwise exaggerated, freshness and elegance characterize the taste and a delicate oak supports the ripe fruit. There's always one glass missing in the bottle.
The wine was picked by hand and half matured in traditional oak barrels and half in barriques before it was bottled unfiltered. A great Pinot Noir for little money.
