The Orma winery with its top-quality wine of the same name is located in Bolgheri, home of modern Tuscany wines. The Bordeaux vines play the main role here, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc are the ingredients of this barrique wine. Orma means footprint, and Antonio Moretti also wants to leave it in Bolgheri with the creation of this premium wine.
This wine is a powerhouse. Everything is abundant here, but the wine still finds the right balance. An open bouquet with lots of dark berries and cassis, plus a nice wood note from the 14-month barrique ageing. An impressive wine with appropriate reviews. E.g .: Parker's Wine Advocate 94/100, Suckling 96/100.
