The Macon Village is matured in steel tanks at the Domaine Daniel Pollier, no aok is used to keep its fruity character and freshness. In the very good and huge crop of 2018, the Macon Pollier has a creamy body and softness at medium weight, a typical Chardonnay from southern Burgundy, aromas of apricot and peach are found in the bouquet and in the longlasting aftertaste. A lovely white burgundy for less than 10 € the bottle.
