The 2020 BA white is a generous Beerenauslese from Angerhof Hans Tschida with a whopping 176 grams of residual sugar, made from the grape varieties Sämling 88 (=Scheurebe), Chardonnay and Bouvier.
The aromas of this amazingly inexpensive noble sweet wine are reminiscent of papaya, apricots, pears, hay flowers and clover blossoms. On the palate, the juicy sweetness is balanced by an attractive acidity, which gives the wine a certain freshness and liveliness with high intensity.
Enjoy this brilliant sweet wine with fruit cake, apricot dumplings, Kaiserschmarren or blue cheese. You will be amazed.
