The Chardonnay Spring Fever from Langmeil is a rather fresh variation of this vine, grown in the rather cool Eden Valley. It is partially matured in oak barrels, which gives it the typical flavor of an Australian Chardonnay, but the larger part comes from steel tanks to emphasize the fruity and fresh side of the wine. A successful combination of fullness and fruity freshness, extremely pleasant to drink and fair in price .
