In the Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve at the Domaine Bousquet,15% Malbec is added, which gives it a touch more of Argentina. Due to the cool nights of the high altitude in Tupungato, this voluminous red wine also has an elegant fruit and fine tannins. 10 months ageing in French oak barrels give it the finishing touch. Spicy notes and a basket of berries characterize its bouquet, on the palate it shows a supple body with rather soft tannins and a lot of juicy fruit in the long finish. Very fine!
