The SalzlCabernet Franc Premium is not produced every year and if, the total quantity is also scarce. The maturing is 100% in new barriques.
The vintage 2015 was rated by Rene Gabiel with 19/20 points. 2016 disappeared immediately from the market bacause of the exreme small quantity, now 2019 ist bottled. Another outstanding wine that spent 24 months in new oak barrels. It has a ruby color and scents of black cherries, fresh tobacco, roasted notes, paprika and a herbal bouquet. On the palate it has noble tannins, a remarkable concentration, but also has a nice freshness and tannin grip. An exciting wine.
