The Bissersheimer Chardonnay grows on limestone marl soils in the Goldberg site. It is practically the little brother of the Chardonnay Sülzner Weg. Through the fermentation and the aging in barriques it conveys a clear Burgundy character, it has strength and a great mineral coolness with depth, in addition it is really dry with only about 2.0 grams of residual sugar, plus the noble aroma of the wooden barrel aging. A great Chardonnay, which also shines with its fair price.
