The white Amistar Cuvee generally consists of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, the former aged in barriques, the latter in steel tanks on the lees. To increase the concentration, about 5% of the grapes are left on the stick until they have dried. This creates an intense white wine with strength and aromatic fragrance, tropical fruits, honey and vanilla can be found in the bouquet. On the palate it is powerful, complex, with a nice depth, while always staying alive. A white wine to accompany stronger dishes.
