The lot of Quinta das Marias consists of the typical Dao grape varieties Touriga-Nacional 50%, Tinta-Roriz 35%, Alfrocheiro 5% & Jaen 10% and is aged in barriques for 16 months, a small part of which is new. It has ripe fruit and smooth tannins, so it can be enjoyed as soon as it hits the market. A red with character, prepared with great skill.
