The Mavum rosso Biscardo contains Corvina grapes, a typical Valpolicella variety and the imported Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are hand-picked in the cool evening hours to avoid pre-fermentation during the day's heat. After fermentation in steel tanks, the wine is aged in big traditional wooden barrels, where it slowly approaches the ripeness before it is bottled.
Every step of winemaking is carried out with great care , this is what you taste in the final wine. The Mavum Rosso is a supple red wine of medium weight, with the best balance and spicy finish.
