Tenuta la Braccesca produces the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and the Syrah wines from the Cortana region of Antinori. The winery with 340 hectares of vineyards has belonged to Marchesi Antinori since 1990. The main grape varieties are Sangiovese and Syrah, plus a small portion of Merlot.
The Bramasole Syrah Cortana 2017 has a dark ruby red color. In the fragrance with ripe fruit aromas such as cherry and blackberry, spices, vanilla and a hint of liquorice are added. On the palate, the wine is very powerful and concentrated, an impressive richness without heaviness, best balance in the long finale, in which the vanilla and the berry aroma from the fragrance can be found.
