The Frenchie of Saints Hills is named after its French grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, which are a common grape varieties in white Bordeaux. Michel Rolland especially recommends the Sauvignon Blanc for Istria, as the grape ripens very well there and does not bring any green notes. The Franchie is exotic and equally juicy on the palate, a lively white wine with emphasis, from which one likes to refill the glass.
