AVAIABLE MID to END of NOVEMBER 2017
2016 is one of the few vintages on the southern Rhône that was exceptionally good in quality and quantity. The white Châteauneuf-du-Pape of Beaucastel, with its fullness, structure and freshness at the same time, is one of the great white wines of the region. It consists of 80% Roussanne, 15% Grenache blanc and the remaining 5% share Picardan, Clairette and Bourboulenc. The white Beaucastel is very rare, not even 10% of the vineyards are planted with white grape varieties.
