Vina Sutil uses 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for this Grand Reserve and ages it for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. The result is an intense, fruity red wine with a bouquet reminiscent of ripe dark berries, nuts and toast. On the palate it shows a lot of substance, again a supple fruitiness and best balance through the ripe tannins. Enjoy it with grilled dishes or stewed meat, also with pizza and pasta, as well as intense cheeses.
