The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Lucanto by Torre Raone grows at a height of 350 meters in vineyards with a south-south-east orientation on calcareous clay soils.
The Lucanto is an individual red wine with vibrant freshness and a lot of power and grip. The wooden barrel is deliberately dispensed here in order to emphasize the traditional character of the wine. There are raspberries and blackberries in its bouquet, also cherries, plums and violets can be found. Its taste has a pleasant "warmth", the emphasis is on the intense fruit, the tannins are middle intense, with a pleasant grip, the wine is balanced perfectly and full of charater. An individual wine of high quality, available at a very reasonable price. Organic wine.
