ATTENTION: due to the small amount produced, no separate label was printed for the vintage, the year was overwritten by hand.
The la Guillotine is limited to a barrique per year and is based mainly on the Grenache grape. Here, of course, the same high standard applies to the other Petite Revolution wines, such as 200% new barriques and minimal yields of highly ripe grapes. It is the most charming wine in the collection, early drinkable, yet profound, enormously concentrated and with an immense length in the finale.
2013 was a mini harvest with only 288 bottles in total, but qualitatively a great success, probably the most powerful guillotine to date. Perfect maturity with the best balance, it occupies the palate for minutes and always shows itself with tension and grip. A markedly long-lived vintage.
