The Blanc de Blancs was the first sparkling wine to be produced by Nyetimber. It is made from 100% Chardonnay, which grows in West Sussex and Hampshire and, like all Nyetimber grapes, is hand-picked. The 2014 vintage is pale gold in color. In the scent there is some honey, yeast, floral notes and citrus fruits, also some vanilla and toast can be found. On the palate it is very fine and complex, it combines body and freshness, the pearls are very fine. This is great sparkling wine art.
