The Bollinger Grande Année is a vintage champagne which is stored for at least 6 years on the yeast before release. 2007 is again a ripe vintage with fullbodied Champagne. The 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay grapes were grown in 95% Grand Cru and 5% 1er Cru vineyards. Just six grams of dosage were enough for this fullbodied vintage! Due to its aromatic intensity, the Grande Année is a perfect accompaniment of whole menus.
