The Bollinger Grande Année is a vintage champagne that is stored on the lees for at least 6 years. 2015 is once again a full-bodied vintage; due to the ripe grapes, it is perfectly balanced and very supple. The 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay come from 95% Grand Cru and 5% from 1er Cru locations. Just 6 grams of dosage was enough for this fully ripe vintage! Due to its aromatic intensity, the Grande Année is a perfect companion to entire menus.
